The Centre is an age-friendly community focal point where mature adults can come together for services and activities.

We offer a vast array of programming designed to enrich quality of life through fitness classes, educational and informational sessions and presentations, outings, cards, games and special interest activities. Programming is intended to improve self-esteem, increase confidence, expand social contact, enhance the opportunity for continuous physical, mental, and social development and provide an enjoyable way to spend some time.
